Type and Scope of services to be performed: Turo will operate a peer-to-peer car-sharing platform at DEN to connect airport customers with individual owners engaged in a car-sharing operation. Turo shall not facilitate shared car transfers to shared car drivers at any locations except those designated by the DEN Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and/or at Turo’s off-airport facilities. Turo shall remit 10% of gross revenues received from transactions to DEN. The revenue projection was established by forecasting 25% year-over-year growth over the term of the agreement. Peer-to-peer car sharing is rapidly growing as a preferred choice for customers in lieu of renting cars from legacy car rental companies.
