A bill for an ordinance making a rescission from and an appropriation in the Parks Legacy Capital Fund.
Approves the rescission and reappropriation of $500,000 from the Parks, Trails, and Open Space Capital Fund to support resiliency focused capital improvement projects. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-8-22. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 7-5-22.

This ordinance request seeks approval to rescind $500,000 in Parks, Trails and Open Space capital improvement funds originally intended to develop the Parks Resiliency Plan and reappropriates the funding to implement resiliency-focused capital projects. This is an administrative action to amend the eligible use of the funding from planning to implementation.
