Type and Scope of services to be performed:
This is a Local Agency Project with CDOT Safer Main Streets matching State Funds and Elevate Denver Bond Funds contributing to Construction. These construction funds must be spent by May 2024, therefore the project is on a tight schedule for designing, bidding, and construction. CDOT and CCD ER requested addition drainage analysis to evaluate the existing storm sewer system and how the project would affect drainage along this corridor. These services were not included in the project since the impervious area is not significantly changing. Services are added for drainage analysis including Flow-2D modeling and tributary area drainage basin analysis for storm sewer pipe and inlets that are required to be relocated due to the project’s bulb-out locations. The added services are required because CDOT and CCD ER will not allow the project to move forward without this analysis.
