Amends a concession agreement with Mission Yogurt, Inc., doing business as Root Down, at Denver International Airport, to include required provisions regarding Title VI and non-discrimination, as mandated by the United States federal government in contracts. No other change to agreement terms (202262573-02). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 9-12-2022. Denver International Airport is amending the Mission Yogurt, Inc. Concession Agreement to include required provisions regarding Title VI and non-discrimination mandated by the United States federal government in contracts. The need to add this language to this specific contract was discovered during an audit.
Denver International Airport (DEN) is contracted with Mission Yogurt, Inc. d/b/a Root Down, an operator which manages a food and beverage location on the Concourse C Center Core including full service casual dining with a full-service bar and a grab-and-go area.
