This plat is being brought to City Council again due to an issue with the property ownership that was not identified by the title company when this plat was previously brought to City Council on September 26. The purpose of this Resolution Request is to rescind Council Resolution No. CR22-1104 and accept and approve SUN VALLEY HOMES THIRD FILING, a proposed Subdivision Plat located between W 9th Ave and W 11th Ave and N Decatur St and Platte River.
