Type and Scope of services to be performed:

This request is for a lease for the Federal Government's administrative space in Concourse A at Denver International Airport (DEN).  The Federal Government will lease 21,203 sq. ft. of space in the mezzanine, ramp level and basement of Concourse A to use as offices and storage areas.  The Federal Government has agreed to pay the rates in this agreement retroactive to January 1, 2022, when this lease is executed; therefore, the term should start on 1/1/2022.  The Federal Government's current lease is on holdover and the Federal Government is paying rent based on the current agreement.
