A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Intergovernmental Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Housing Authority of the City and County of Denver, for certain transportation, safety, and green space improvements at the intersection of 32nd Avenue and Shoshone Street in Council District 1.
Approves an intergovernmental agreement with the Housing Authority of the City and County of Denver (DHA) for $900,000 and through 7-1-2023 for the city to make transportation, safety, and green space improvements at the intersection of 32nd Avenue and Shoshone Street, next to the DHA property being redeveloped at 3210 North Shoshone Street in Council District 1 (DOTI-202265717). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-17-2023. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 12-13-2022.
