A bill for an ordinance revising Section 18-5 of the Revised Municipal Code of Denver by changing the date by which the career service board shall recommend classification and pay plan adjustments to the mayor and city council from August 1 of each year to September 1 of each year.
Amends Chapter 18 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code to change the date that the Office of Human Resources is required to bring forward the pay table adjustment recommendations as part of the annual market analysis, from August 1 to September 1, to better align with the publication of economic indicator data required for the analysis. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 3-7-2023.
