A bill for an ordinance making a rescission from and an appropriation in the “Denver Public Library” Special Revenue Fund, to make a cash transfer to and appropriation in the “Library Capital” Fund.
Approves a rescission of $5,500,000.00 from the Denver Public Library Special Revenue Fund (15830-8100000) and authorizes appropriations to transfer the rescinded funds to the Denver Public Library Capital Projects Fund (15830-9931000) to support library bond projects and library facilities deferred maintenance, citywide.
