A resolution approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Muller Engineering Company, Inc. to update the Line of Authority and extend the term for engineering services to support various Wastewater capital projects.
Amends an on-call contract with Muller Engineering Company by adding one year for a new end date of 9-11-20 for engineering services to support wastewater projects and other infrastructure needs, citywide. No change to contract amount (201627885). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 2-4-19.
