Amends a contract with CenturyLink Communications LLC by adding $200,000 for a new total of $3,671,588.63 and six months for a new end date of 6-30-19 for the monitoring, maintenance and support of the Denver 911 Vesta Meridian Telephone system at 950 Josephine Street in Council District 10 and 303 West Colfax Avenue in Council District 9 as a new system is being finalized to replace the existing technology (TECHS - CE76017). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 5-6-19. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 4-2-19. | approved by consent | |
