Amends an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Office of the Alternate  
Defense Counsel to add $697,000.00 for a new total of $2,392,000.00 and  
to add twelve months for a new end date of 12-31-2026 to contract with  
municipalities to provide counsel for indigent criminal defendants when a  
conflict exists for the Office of the Municipal Public Defender, citywide  
(DOMPD-202055638/DOMPD-202582084-03).
