Approves a master purchase order with TMA Construction Supply LLC for  
$1,800,000.00 and for one year with four one-year renewal options for the  
purchase of airfield concrete repair materials for Denver International  
Airport, in Council District 11 (SC-00008830).

Amends a contract with Kinetic Energy Services, LLC by adding $195,000  
for a new total of $675,000 to provide Utility Locate Services at Denver  
International Airport, in Council District 11. No change to contract duration  
(PLANE-202371528; 202054580).
