Amends a contract with Leon Kelly dba Neon Forensics, LLC to add  
$1,000,000.00 for a new total of $1,383,000.00 for emergent forensic  
pathology services. No change to contract term, citywide  
(ENVHL-202581264/ ENVHL-202683607-01).

Amends a grant agreement with WeeCycle to amend Exhibit B reallocating  
$30,500.00 ($15,250.00/year) from Year 1 to Years 2 and 3 to provide  
infant formula and nutrition education to Denver resident youth and their  
families as funded by the Healthy Food for Denver’s Kids Initiative, citywide  
(ENVHL-202580273/ENVHL-202683482-01).

Approves the collective bargaining agreement between the City and  
County of Denver and the Fraternal Order of Police, Denver Sheriff Lodge
