Action Items
Amends Chapter 13, article II of the DRMC to require that contracts, grants,
and intergovernmental agreements be filed at the same time as the bill or
resolution approving the agreement is filed.
A motion offered by Vice Chair Kashmann, duly seconded by Council member
Gonzales-Gutierrez, that Council Bill 26-0327 and Council Resolution 26-0329 be
approved for filing in a block, carried by the following vote:

Amends Council's Rules of Procedure to require draft agreements be
shared with council prior to being heard at committee.
