Amends a contract with Mark Young Construction, LLC to add
$8,131,024.00 for a new total of $9,715,164.00 and to add 85 days to the
term for a new end date of 5-19-2027 to complete construction of a new
office facility, maintenance building, and yard for the new DPR NW facility
at Cuernavaca Park, in Council District 1
(DOTI-202581941/DOTI-202684929-01).
Council Resolution 26-1176 was approved by consent.
