Approves a license agreement with VEORIDE INC. dba Veo for three  
years to operate Denver’s Shared Bike and Scooter Program, citywide  
(DOTI-202582850).  
A motion offered by Council President Sandoval, duly seconded by Council  
member Alvidrez, that Council Resolution 26-0326 be postponed to a date certain,

Approves a contract with Inliner Solutions, LLC. for $4,866,681.50 for a  
term of NTP + 365 Days for the 2025 WMD Pipe and Manhole  
Rehabilitation Phase 3 that will rehabilitate deteriorating sanitary and storm  
pipes and manholes using trenchless methods. This project is part of the  
capital maintenance sub-program in the current 2022-2027 Six-Year Water  
Plan, citywide (DOTI-202582818).
