Approves a contract amendment with Jones Lang Lasalle Americas, Inc. to  
add $235,587.00 for a new total of $1,479,830.00 and to update the scope  
of work verbiage to include itemized hosting and support fees for the  
continual use, hosting, and support of the Archibus software supporting the  
Department of Finance and various City agencies. No change to contract  
term, citywide (ESEQD-202371354/TECHS-202581465-02).

Approving the City Council appointment of Councilwoman Flor Alvidrez to  
the Healthy Food for Denver’s Kids Commission.
