Amends an intergovernmental agreement with the State  
of Colorado, Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) to add  
$280,000.00 in grant funds for a new total of  
$711,250.00 and to add one year for a new end date of  
6-30-2026 for reimbursement of costs associated with the  
provision of defense counsel to defendants at their first  
appearances in municipal court, citywide  
(DOMPD-202371262/DOMPD-202579821-02).  
Amends a revenue grant agreement with the U.S.  
Department of Housing and Urban Development to add  
$16,199.00 for a new total of $10,836,530.00 for the  
HOME American Rescue Plan grant that addresses the  
need for homelessness assistance and supportive  
services. No change to agreement length, citywide  
(HOST-202161557/HOST-202579985-01)  
Approves a contract with The Community Firm (TCF) dba  
The Community Economic Defense Project for  
$1,950,000.00 in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds  
with an end date of 12-31-2025 to administer the  
Temporary Rental and Utility Assistance (TRUA) program  
to approximately 300 households helping residents avoid  
an eviction and maintain housing stability, citywide  
(HOST-202579981).  
Amends a contract with Jewish Family Service of  
Colorado, Inc to add $779,775.00 in Affordable Housing  
Property Tax funds for a new total of $2,527,392.00 and  
to add five months for a new end date of 5-31-2026 to  
administer the Temporary Rental and Utility Assistance  
(TRUA) Program providing rental assistance, utility  
assistance, and housing case management services to  
approximately 185 eligible households, citywide  
(HOST-202371133/HOST-202579850-03).  
Amends a Loan Agreement to allow for the Assignment &  
Assumption of the Rocky Mountain HDC, Inc. HOME loan  
documents to Cornerstone Residences LLLP. No change to  
contract length or maximum amount, in Council District 9  
(#GE8A021-1).  
Approves Option Letter #7 (processed as City  
Amendment #8) of the Community Services Block Grant  
(CSBG) award provided by the State of Colorado,  
Department of Local Affairs to add $205,342.00 for a new  
total of $1,281,324.00. No change to grant length,  
citywide (SOCSV-202472152-00/SOCSV-202472152-08).  
Amends a contract with Bayaud Enterprises to update the  
legal entity to ServiceSource, Inc. and to add 5 months  
for a new end date of 5-31-2026 to continue the BeHome  
housing navigator services supporting Denver residents  
with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) as  
they navigate housing opportunities, as well as address  
housing crises, and provide support for future planning to  
improve overall housing stability for these residents. No  
change to the contract amount, citywide
