hearing on Council Bill 24-1625 granting a petition to exclude property from the Colfax  
Mayfair Business Improvement District, in the City and County of Denver.

Council President Sandoval announced that on Monday, December 9, 2024, Council will  
hold a required public hearing on Council Bill 24-1660 approving an Amended and  
Restated Denver Downtown Development Authority Plan of Development; ratifying  
action previously taken relating thereto; and providing other matters relating thereto;  
and on Council Bill 24-1591 designating 4450 North Tennyson Street as a structure for  
preservation.
