Consent Items
Amends an on-call contract with Aquatic Chemical Solutions Inc to add two
years for a new end date of 9-11-2028 to provide continued pool operation
and maintenance services. No change to contract capacity, citywide
(PARKS-202369168/PARKS-202683750-02).
Council Resolution 26-1015 was approved by consent.
Approves a caretaker agreement with Denver Park Ranger Austin Sankey
through 12-31-2029 to reside at city-owned property at 300 Union Ave,
Morrison CO 80465 to provide caretaker duties and other responsibilities
related to the Mountain Parks and park amenities, in Mountain Parks
(PARKS-202683397).
