Amends a service agreement with The Salvation Army to add  
$4,550,000.00 for a new total of $19,350,000.00 and 12 months for a new  
end date of 12-31-2025 to operate and provide programmatic services at  
Crossroads, a 24/7 low-barrier emergency shelter, in Council District 9  
(HOST-202057237/HOST-202477049-02).  
A motion offered by Vice Chair Hinds, duly seconded by Council member  
Sawyer, that Council Resolution 25-0713 be approved for filing, carried by the
