Dedicates a City-owned parcel of land as Public
Right-of-Way as Public Alley, bounded by North Irving
Street, West 20th Avenue, North Julian Street, & West
21st Avenue, in Council District 1.
Dedicates a City-owned parcel of land as Public
Right-of-Way as Public Alley, bounded by North Lowell
Boulevard, West 13th Avenue, North King Street, and
West 14th Avenue, in Council District 3.
Amends a contract with PayByPhone Technologies, Inc. to
add $1,500,000.00 for a new contract total of
$2,500,000.00 and add two years for a new end date of

parking payment application services, citywide
