Approves a map amendment to rezone property from PUD 319 to S-MX-5,
located at 4507 Rifle Way in the Gateway-Green Valley Ranch statistical
neighborhood in Council District 11.
A motion offered by Council member Hinds, duly seconded by Council member
Alvidrez, that Council Bill 24-1794 be approved for filing, carried by the following
vote:
