Approves a loan agreement with Albion Apartments, LLLP for $6,760,000  
to finance the acquisition of land for a future affordable housing  
development containing 170 units to lease at rents affordable to qualifying  
households, in Council District 4 (HOST-202475519).  
Council Resolution 24-1127 was approved by consent  
Amends Denver Revised Municipal Code to align and comply with  
changes to state law by removing the Citizen Review Panel, pertinent to  
child welfare in human services, established in sections 2-253 through  
2-255.6.  
Council Bill 24-1150 was approved by consent  
Amends a contract with Elevation Community Land Trust by removing the  
compliance retainer of the existing funding agreement to meet the  
American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) spend down deadline, in Council  
District 9 (HOST-20247407/HOST-202475664).  
Council Resolution 24-1165 was approved by consent
