Approves the Landmark Designation Application for 1407 E 11th Avenue -
The Gables Apartment Building, in Council District 10.
A motion offered by Council member Sawyer, duly seconded by Vice Chair
Romero Campbell, that Council Bill 25-2051 be approved for filing, carried by the

Consent Items
Amends a service agreement with St. Francis Center to add
$1,425,000.00 for a total of $7,391,998.00 and add twelve months for a
new end date of 12-31-2026 to provide day shelter services to people
experiencing homelessness, citywide
(HOST-202057238/HOST-202582442-04).
Council Resolution 25-2069 was approved by consent.
Amends an agreement with U.S. Motels Denver North, Inc. by adding
$450,000.00 for a new total of $6,642,900.00 and adding nine months for a
new end date of 12-31-2026 to provide units for the Support Team
