PRE-ADJOURNMENT ANNOUNCEMENT  
Council President Sandoval announced that on Monday, May 11, 2026,  
Council will hold a required public hearing on Council Bill 26-0486,  
approving a resolution requesting the renewal and continuation of the Five  
Points Business Improvement District for an additional ten-year period; and  
on Monday, June 1, 2026, Council will hold a required public hearing on  
Council Bill 26-0521, changing the zoning classification for 361-363 West  
Evans Avenue in Overland. Any protests against Council Bill 26-0521 must  
be filed with the Council Offices no later than noon on Tuesday, May 26,  
2026.
