"1. On page 1, line 13, insert the following:  
Section 1. That Sec. 2-271 of the Revised Municipal Code shall be amended by  
adding the language underlined, to read as follows:  
Sec. 2-271. - Confidentiality of home addresses and home telephone numbers of city  
officers, officials and employees—Policy.  
(a) It is the policy of the city to protect the home addresses and home telephone  
numbers of city officers, officials and employees so that they may perform their  
duties without fear of reprisal, retribution or intimidation. To this end, it is hereby  
declared that it would do substantial injury to the public interest to disclose the  
home addresses and home telephone numbers of any city officer, official or  
employee without their prior written consent.  
(b) Notwithstanding the above, employee information shall be provided to an  
employee organization or bargaining agent as provided in Sec. 18-854(d), unless an  
employee directs the City to not release all or some of the information.  
2. Renumber subsequent sections accordingly.  
3. On page 5, line 23, strike "may be provided if the employee provides written  
consent to the release of that information" and replace with "shall be provided unless  
an employee requests the information not be released pursuant to Sec. 2-271(b).""

Kendra Black, Lindsay Cutler, Laura E Aldrete, Tim Lopez, Jenn Grieving, Arthur

Council will hold a required public hearing on Council Bill 25-1991, changing  
the zoning classification for 8250 East 40th Avenue in Central Park. Any  
protests against Council Bill 25-1991 must be filed with the Council Offices  
no later than noon on Monday, January 5, 2026.
