Approves a map amendment to rezone multiple properties in the Chaffee Park,

Sunnyside, Highland, and Jefferson Park neighborhoods in Council District 1. A public

hearing will be held on Monday, 3-17-2025. The Committee approved filing this item

City Council - Direct Files

25-0212 A resolution approving an expenditure of one hundred twenty

thousand and four hundred and forty-one dollars for mobile home park

improvement survey services.

Approves an expenditure of $120,441 from the City Council Special Revenue

Fund to conduct surveys for mobile home park improvements. Council President

Sandoval approved direct filing this item on 2-13-2025.

25-0091 A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Contract Modification

Contract Amendment #4 between the City and County of Denver and

Department of Health Care Policy and Financing, as incentive for providing

Medicaid eligibility-related work.

Amends a Revenue Intergovernmental Agreement with Colorado Department of

Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) to add $1,271,659.77 for a new total of

$4,661,712.95 to continue receiving payments from HCPF as incentive for providing

Medicaid eligibility-related work within the County of Denver. No change to contract

duration, citywide (SOCSV-202263930-00/SOCSV-202263930-05). The last regularly

scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 3-3-2025. The

Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 1-29-2025.

Way in Gateway - Green Valley Ranch; a combined required public hearing on Council

Bill 24-1866 amending the Denver Zoning Code, concerning gas stations and on Council

Bill 24-1867 amending Chapter 59 (Zoning) of the Denver Revised Municipal Code

relating to limitations for certain automotive uses; and a required public hearing on

Council Bill 24-1676 amending Chapter 15, Article III concerning campaign finances.

Approves a map amendment to rezone property from PUD 319 to S-MX-5, located at

campaign finances.

Amends Chapter 15, Article III of the Revised Municipal Code to reorganize and

clarify the city's campaign finance laws, prohibit anonymous contributions to

candidates running for local elected office, and make other conforming changes. The

for multiple properties in Chaffee Park, Sunnyside, Highland, and Jefferson Park. Any

protests against Council Bill 25-0086 must be filed with the Council Offices no later than

noon on Monday, March 10, 2025.
