Action Items
An ordinance submitting to a vote of the qualified and registered electors of
the City and County of Denver at a special municipal election on November
3, 2026, a proposed amendment to the Charter of the City and County of
Denver modernizing the sections concerning the Civil Service Commission
and the Department of Safety.
A motion offered by Vice Chair Gonzales-Gutierrez, duly seconded by Council
member Flynn, that Council Bills 26-1048 and 26-1055 be approved for filing in a
block, carried by the following vote:
