Subject: parkfield rezoning n o

i have attend a number of meetings discussing  rezoning in parkfield  would like to give my view as a resident of parkfield   i believe rezoning would benifit the residents as well as the community we have great zoning rules and the kenney group will be a great fit in the area now i have not seen the looks of their developement , zoning first, what they will be building is needed to bring parkfield and green valley together  what we are living with now is not appealing and only wonder what would go over n o if not rezoned  street never looks clean  middle curb badly in need of cleanup  so please pass the rezoning!!!  and lets get on with it  i have confidence my city will work well with the kenney group for the betterment of the community we have a lot of good things coming our way in line of businesses  and enough condos ! single family housing garden homes wonderful and i will have a wonderful view of my neighbors  thank you in view of your time to read this email
