Amends an intergovernmental agreement with Urban Drainage and Flood  
Control District (UDCD) also known as Mile High Flood District (MHFD)  
adding $2,250,000 in MHFD funds and in $3,000,000 Wastewater  
Enterprise funds for a total addition of $5,250,000 for a new agreement  
total of $20,718,816.59 Council District 9. No change to agreement  
duration (DOTI-02474437-04/DOTI-202054890-04).  
Council Bill 24-0827 was approved by consent.
