Action Items
Approves a map amendment to rezone property from E-SU-DX to E-RX-3,
located at 3025 W 3rd Avenue, in Council District 3.
A motion offered by Council member Torres, duly seconded by Council member
Hinds, that Council Bill 25-0994 be approved for filing, carried by the following
vote:

Approves a contract with MILENDER WHITE CONSTRUCTION CO. for
$25,000,000.00 for three years to provide Integrated Construction services
(preconstruction, construction procurement, construction, construction
management) to support the implementation of the Sidewalk Program,
citywide (DOTI-202579671).
A motion offered by Vice Chair Kashmann, duly seconded by Council member
Torres, that Council Resolution 25-0992 and Council Resolution 25-0993 be
approved for filing in a block, carried by the following vote:
