building plan for the maintenance and operations facility, equipment  
building, and storage building, all located in City of Cuernavaca Park,  
pursuant to the provisions of Sections 39-210 and 39-211 of the Denver  
Revised Municipal Code; and Council Bill 25-1991, changing the zoning  
classification for 8250 East 40th Avenue in Central Park.

On Monday, February 9, 2026, Council will hold a required public hearing on  
Council Bill 25-2147, changing the zoning classification for 3050 Richard  
Allen Court in Skyland. Any protests against Council Bill 25-2147 must be  
filed with the Council Offices no later than noon on Monday, January 26,  
2026.
