Amends the 2025 Intergovernmental Agreement for Stadium Site Project  
(2025 IGA) between the City and County of Denver and the Broadway  
Station Metropolitan District No. 1, in Council District 7  
(FINAN-202578484/FINAN-202684897-02).  
A motion offered by Vice Chair Flynn, duly seconded by Council member Hinds,  
that Council Bill 26-1163 be approved for filing, carried by the following vote:

railroads and RTD connecting the Broadway RTD station with the NWSL  
soccer stadium and Santa Fe Yards development, in Council District 7  
(DOTI-202684933).
