Irving Street in West Highland; a required public hearing on Council Bill 24-1025  
changing the zoning classification for 2500 East 1st Avenue in Cherry Creek; and a  
required public hearing on Council Bill 24-1137 approving a proposed Development  
Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Cherry Creek West Development  
Company, LLC, for the redevelopment of the land known as Cherry Creek West located  
at 2500 E 1st Ave.

PRE-ADJOURNMENT ANNOUNCEMENT  
Council President Sandoval announced that on Monday, September 30, 2024, Council  
will hold a required public hearing on Council Bill 24-1168 approving the respective First  
Amendments to the First Amended and Restated Service Plans for the West Globeville  
Metropolitan District Nos. 1 & 2; and a required public hearing on Council Bill 24-1146  
pproving a proposed Amended and Restated Denargo Market Development Agreement  
between the City and County of Denver and JB Denargo, LLC and Denargo Market  
Metropolitan District 1, to amend specific environmental standards related to  
construction and infrastructure on certain city property in Council District 9; and on  
Monday, October 21, 2024, Council will hold a required public hearing on Council Bill  
24-1140 changing the zoning classification for 1000 Chopper Circle and associated  
properties in Auraria. Any protests against Council Bill 24-1140 must be filed with the  
Council Offices no later than noon on Monday, October 14, 2024.
