Authority to provide financial support for the design and  
construction of the Equestrian Center project at the  
National Western Center, upon execution through March

Approves an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between  
the City and County of Denver, Colorado (City), and the  
Broadway Station Metropolitan District No. 1 (District), in
