PRE-ADJOURNMENT ANNOUNCEMENT  
Council President Sandoval announced that on Monday, June 1, 2026, there  
will be a required public hearing on Council Bill 26-0602, designating 3535  
East 26th Avenue Parkway as a structure for preservation; and a required  
public hearing on Council Bill 26-0634, approving an amendment to the  
Welton Corridor Urban Redevelopment Plan to add the Rossonian Project and  
to Create the Rossonian Project Property and Sales Tax Increment Areas;  
and, dependent upon publication, on Monday, June 15, 2026, there will be a  
required public hearing on Council Bill 25-0608, changing the zoning  
classification for 831 South Monaco Street Parkway in Washington Virginia  
Vale. Any protests against Council Bill 26-0608 must be filed with the  
Council Offices no later than noon on Monday, June 1, 2026.
