CONSIDERATION
Community Planning and Housing
Council sat as a Committee of the Whole, commencing at 5:46 p.m., Council
President Sandoval presiding, to hear speakers on Council Bill 26-0081. Jesse Parris
spoke in favor of the bill. No one spoke in opposition of the bill. Joe Green of
Community Planning and Development delivered the staff report.
A motion offered by Council member Lewis, duly seconded by Council member
Flynn, that Council Bill 26-0081 be placed upon final consideration and do pass,
carried by the following vote:

PRE-ADJOURNMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
Council President Sandoval announced that on Monday, April 13, 2026,
Council will hold a required public hearing on Council Bill 26-0206, changing
the zoning classification for 3601 North Monaco Street Parkway in Northeast
Park Hill; a required public hearing on 26-0207, changing the zoning
classification for 2625 East 3rd Avenue in Cherry Creek; and a required
public hearing on Council Bill 26-0208, changing the zoning classification for
multiple properties in Bear Valley, College View - South Platte, Harvey Park,
Harvey Park South and Marston. Any protests against Council Bills 26-0206,
26-0207, or 26-0208 must be filed with the Council Offices no later than
noon on April 6, 2026.
