President Sandoval presiding, to hear speakers on Council Bill 25-0640. Jason
Zumbrunnen, Sonia Danielson, Michael Kimmelman, John Deffenbaugh, Tai Beldock,
Spencer Frock, Robert Gray, Stephen Bennett, Hunter Leggitt, Adam Larkey, John
Beldock, Alye Sharp, Keith Pryor, Gerald Horner, and Robert Champion spoke in
favor of the bill. Jesse Paris spoke in a neutral position. The Department of Finance
delivered the Staff Report.
A motion offered by Council member Sawyer, duly seconded by Council member
Hinds, that Council Bill 25-0640 be placed upon final consideration and do pass,

PRE-ADJOURNMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
Council President Sandoval announced that on Monday, June 2, 2025,
Council will hold a required public hearing on Council Bill 25-0629 approving
and accepting the park building plan for the Mestizo-Curtis Bathhouse
pursuant to the provisions of Sections 39-210 and 39-211 of the Denver
Revised Municipal Code; and on Monday June 23, 2025, Council will hold a
required public hearing on Council Bill 25-0703 changing the zoning
classification for 8430 Northfield Boulevard in Central Park. Any protests
against Council Bill 25-0703, must be filed with the Council Offices no later
than noon on Monday, June 16, 2025.
