REQUIRED PUBLIC HEARINGS - BILLS FOR FINAL
CONSIDERATION
Land Use, Transportation & Infrastructure Committee
Council sat as a Committee of the Whole, commencing at 5:55 PM, Council President
Sandoval presiding, to hear speakers on Council Bill 25-0703. Connor Shea, Don
Cloutier, Enrique Orozco, Oliver Miles, Bruce Erley, Jacob Wooden, Lauren Erhart,
Jack Seward, and Erik Williamsen spoke in favor of the bill. Jesse Parris spoke in
opposition of the bill. Sean Maley, Cory Rutz, and Chris Vogelsang were available for
questions. Tony Lechuga of Community Planning and Development delivered the
staff report. A motion offered by Council member Kashmann, duly seconded by
Council member Hinds, that Council Bill 25-0703 be placed upon final consideration
and do pass, carried by the following vote:

PRE-ADJOURNMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
Council President Sandoval announced that on Monday, July 14, 2025, Council will
hold a public hearing on Council Bill 25-0665, a bill for an ordinance changing the
zoning classification for 1149 South Navajo Street in Ruby Hill. Any protests against
Council Bills 25-0665 must be filed with the Council Offices no later than noon on
Monday, July 7, 2025.
