“(3) This section shall not apply:  
a. Where the City transfers dedicated funds to a non-city governmental entity

or business improvement district; or  
b. To development projects related to or funded in accordance with the authorization  
provided by a downtown development authority established pursuant to section  
31-25-801, C.R.S., et seq.”

Council will hold a required public hearing on Council Bill 26-0557, changing  
the zoning classification for 8401 East Belleview Avenue in Hampden South.  
Any protests against Council Bill 26-0557 must be filed with the Council  
Offices no later than noon on Monday, June 1, 2026.
