Approves a grant agreement with HNTB for $1,600,000.00 with an end  
date of 8-31-2029 for consultant services to execute the Equitable TOD  
Implementation Plan for the Federal BRT Corridor, in Districts 1, 2, 3, and  
7 (CPLAN-202685028).  
A motion offered by Vice Chair Sawyer, duly seconded by Council member  
Alvidrez, that Council Bill 26-1024 be approved for filing, carried by the following  
vote:
