Consent Items  
25-1931  
Approves a contract agreement with the Colorado Coalition for the  
Homeless (CCH) for a total of $6,959,217.00 with an end date of  
12-31-2028 for the Denver Street Outreach Collaborative (DSOC) to  
provide outreach services to people experiencing unsheltered  
homelessness throughout the City and County of Denver, citywide  
(HOST-202581993).  
Council Resolution 25-1931 was approved by consent.

Amends an agreement with Denver Dry Preservation, LLC to adjust  
interest rate from simple to annual compounding interest on a loan  
agreement related to an affordable housing development located at 1565  
California Street. No change to agreement capacity or term, in Council  
District 10 (GE29015/HOST-202582299-05).  
Council Resolution 25-1962 was approved by consent.  
Approves a grant agreement between Denver Regional Council of  
Governments (DRCOG) and the City and County of Denver for  
$2,000,000.00 with an end date of 9-14-2029 to support Denver’s goals of  
eliminating operating carbon emissions from buildings by 2040, citywide  
(CPLAN-202582301).
