Council President Sandoval announced that on May 12, 2025, Council will  
hold a required public hearing on Council Bill 25-0411, changing the zoning  
classification for 589 & 595 South Lincoln Street, and 35 East Center Avenue  
in Washington Park West. Any protests against Council Bill 25-0411 must be  
filed with the Council Offices no later than noon on Monday, May 5, 2025.
