electors of the City and County of Denver at a special municipal election to

be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, the question of whether the City

shall be authorized to issue general obligation bonds, notes, or other

obligations for the purpose of financing and/or refinancing repairs and

improvements to the City’s transportation and mobility infrastructure and

facilities; providing the form of the ballot question; providing for other

details in connection therewith; and ratifying action previously taken.

A motion offered by Council member Watson, duly seconded by Council

President Sandoval, that Council Bills 25-1053 through 25-1057, and Council Bill

25-1060, be approved for filing in a block, carried by the following vote:

Approves a Master Purchase Order with United Rentals (North America)

Inc. for $950,000.00 with an end date of 6-11-2028 with an option for two

extensions not to surpass 8-27-2030 to provide equipment rentals for

various projects across the city, citywide (SC-00010440).

Council Resolution 25-1033 was approved by consent.
