Action Items
A Bill for an Ordinance Amending the Allowable Uses of Revenue from the
Disposable Bag Fee.
A motion offered by Vice Chair Hinds, duly seconded by Council member
Kashmann, that Council Bill 25-2009 be approved for filing, carried by the
following vote:

Dedicates a City-owned parcel of land as Public Right-of-Way as West
38th Avenue, located at the intersection of West 38th Avenue and North
Stuart Street, in Council District 1.
Council Resolution 25-1965 was approved by consent.
Dedicates a City-owned parcel of land as Public Right-of-Way as Public
Alley, bounded by North Hooker Street, West 20th Avenue, North Irving
Street, and West 19th Avenue, in Council District 1.
Council Resolution 25-1966 was approved by consent.
Approves the termination and dissolution of the Broadway Pedestrian Mall
Maintenance District A and directing that the remaining funds thereof, after
payment of outstanding expenses, be transferred to and used by the
Broadway Denver General Improvement District within the property
formerly located within said local maintenance district, in Council District 7.
