Council Presentation 26-1021 was heard in Committee.  
Consent Items  
Approves the DENVER CONNECTION WEST FILING NO. 3, a proposed  
Subdivision Plat located between E Elk Pl and E Bolling Dr, and N Jasper  
St and N Kittredge St, in Council District 11.  
Council Resolution 26-1008 was approved by consent.  
Approves a contract with FNF CONSTRUCTION, INC. for $5,731,906.00  
with a term of NTP + 230 days to decommission the jurisdictional dam  
within Skeel Reservoir, convert the reservoir to a detention and water  
quality facility, and improve the existing driving range, southeast corner of  
Wellshire Golf Course, 3333 S. Colorado Blvd. Denver, CO 80222, in  
Council District 4 (DOTI-202683417).  
Council Resolution 26-1009 was approved by consent.  
Approves a concession agreement with Compass Group USA, Inc. d/b/a  
Canteen Vending for guaranteed rent (i.e. Minimum Annual Guarantee  
(MAG)) of $1,468,784.00 plus the Percentage Fee of gross sales;  
Tenant-18.1%, Non-Tenant-18.6% (snacks), 40.1% (Beverages), and Ave  
C-18.1% and for five (5) years to design, build, and manage Airport Wide  
Vending across the entire campus at Denver International Airport, in  
Council District 11 (PLANE-202476617).

Approves a contract with Kleinfelder, Inc. for $25,000,000.00 and for five  
years with two one-year options to extend for Professional Engineering  
Services for basement and foundation rehabilitation at Denver International  
Airport, in Council District 11 (PLANE-202580612).

Approves a purchase order with Wickham Tractor Company in the amount  
of $879,733.12 with an end date of 6-23-2027 for the purchase of four  
Puma 165 Powershift Tractors for Airport Maintenance at Denver  
International Airport, in Council District 11 (PO-00185479).
