PRE-ADJOURNMENT ANNOUNCEMENT  
Council President Sandoval announced that on Monday, December 16, 2024, Council will  
hold a 30-minute courtesy public hearing on Council Bill 24-1765 amending Chapters  
24 and 34 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code regarding the sale of tobacco products  
including flavored tobacco products. On Monday, January 6, 2025, Council will hold a  
required public hearing on Council Bill 24-1588 changing the zoning classification for  
950 & 970 North Federal Boulevard in Sun Valley; and a required public hearing on  
Council Bill 24-1644 changing the zoning classification for multiple properties in Indian  
Creek, University Hills, Goldsmith, Virginia Village and Washington Virginia Vale. Any  
protests against Council Bills 24-1588 and 24-1644 must be filed with the Council  
Offices no later than noon on Monday, December 30, 2024.
