Vacates a portion of the right-of-way adjacent to Interstate 25 and Santa Fe
Dr, with reservations, in Council District 7.
Council Bill 26-0981 was approved by consent.
Approves the First Amendment to a License Agreement with Denver
Health and Hospital Authority, to add $41,550.00 for a new total of
$86,550.00 and to add 3 months for a new end date of November 30,
2028, for temporary additional parking stalls at the Castro Parking Garage.
The licensed parking area is separate from the site of Licensee’s Sam
Sandos Westside Family Health Center expansion and renovations, and is
being used solely to support parking for Licensee’s clients, patients, and
employees during their construction, located at 2885 W 11th Ave, Denver,
CO, 80204, in Sun Valley, Council District 3
(FINAN-202369363-00/FINAN-202684715-01).
